The Netherlands faces a major spatial challenge: a growing housing shortage, the energy transition, and the need for robust green-blue networks that combine climate adaptation and recreation. During this lecture, we will explore how these ambitions can be integrated within complex area developments to create dynamic, multifunctional landscapes.
